Hello and thank you for taking the time to learn more about our team at Garden City Dental. We opened our doors in 2016 with the vision and goal of becoming a place our community can come to for honest and caring dentistry.

Since graduating from the University of Washington School of Dentistry in 2013, I have seen many different levels of dental care delivered in our Pacific Northwest. Despite serving a fantastic area, there is still a lot of help our profession can do to serve each individual well. As a leader, I hope and strive for our team to better serve our patients and community and become the type of place you can confidently and happily refer your friends and family, knowing that we do the right thing.

As for some tidbits about myself, I grew up in Vancouver, WA, enjoy playing and studying basketball and going on adventures and walks with my wonderful wife Christine.

Dr. Michael Sparrow DMD

Dr. Sparrow is a proud native of the Pacific Northwest, born and raised in McMinnville, Oregon. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Oregon State University, graduating with honors. Following his undergraduate studies, Dr. Sparrow worked in cancer research at the OHSU Cancer Institute, where he further developed his passion for healthcare and science.

He went on to earn his Doctor of Medical Dentistry (D.M.D.) from the OHSU School of Dentistry in June 2012.

Dr. Sparrow’s passion for dentistry began long before dental school. As a child, he spent countless hours in his father’s dental lab, where he developed a deep appreciation for the artistic and technical aspects of the profession. This early exposure instilled in him a lifelong commitment to precision, aesthetics, and compassionate care.

Dedicated to a patient-centered approach, Dr. Sparrow strives to provide clinical excellence with a gentle touch, treating each patient with the same care and attention he would offer a family member.

As a general dentist, Dr. Sparrow enjoys all aspects of dental care, including preventive, restorative, surgical, and emergency treatments.

Outside of the office, Dr. Sparrow cherishes time with his wife, Allison, and their two children, Casey and Evelyn. He enjoys playing basketball, exploring the scenic beauty of the Pacific Northwest, and unwinding with a good book.
